What's the process (how to enter)

Simply click on the "Buy A Ticket" button, fill in your details to sign-up, register and make payment.

You will then be able to go to the next stage to answer the (5) five randomly selected questions listed.

Confirmation emails will be sent back to you. All winners will be contacted and a notice will be put on

this site when the final draw has taken place, after the sale of the 25000 tickets.

I just want to know what the catch is

Well actually this competition and the overall process has been designed to be quite straight forward,

so you can rest assured that there is no catch. The "Win My Flat" competition is a direct test of your skill

and knowledge on a variety of things, some scientific and others not. What we are aiming for, is an end

result of survival of the brightest and the winner gets the keys to the flat.

Do you have to be a UK resident to take part in this competition

No! although based in the UK, this competition is open to anyone who fancies winning a flat in London,

but international entrants are advised to check with their home countries for compliance & participation.

What are the prizes

The first prize is the wonderful flat, with fantastic views across the london skyline looking towards the 2012 

Olympic site. We will pay all your tax and legal fees, there will be nothing left to do but move in. And don't forget

the extra cash addition of £5,000 to spend on anything else you want.

The 2nd & 3rd prize winners will receive cash payments of £5,000 each respectively.

The 4th & 5th prize winners will receive cash payments of £1,000 each respectively.

The next (5) five runners-up will all obtain holiday vouchers, for two, to a 5 star resort in spain.

What are the odds here

All correct entries will be entered in the final draw. We are seeking to sell a minimum of 15,000 tickets, As such, those odds will be 15000 to 1 at the low end and 25000 to 1 at the high end, when the maximum ticket sale is reached.

Can I purchase multiple tickets

Yes you can. You can also invite friends and family to undertake joint ventures with you. the world is you oyster and it is entirely up to you how you choose to bolster your abilty to win. if you buy more than 1 ticket, you can either use them all right away or log back into your account at a later time.

What does the Gambling Commission have to say about this

Due to the fact that this is a competition of skill and knowledge, we are within the guidelines of the Gambling Act 2005 (UK).

Will I be helping charities by taking part in this competition

Yes you will. We believe this is a wonderful way for people to not only test their mettle, but to also do a good deed in return. That way, everyone benefits. A percentage of the proceeds will go towards the Sankofa Education Foundation, which is a registered charity that helps to build and support schools in developing nations.  

What if you don't sell enough tickets, can there still be a winner

Yes there can, In that circumstance we will simply apportion the ticket takings amongst the winners, the charity and the organisers.

When do the winners actually take possession of the property and their cash prize

After the announcements of the winners, a short time will be needed for the legal transfer of ownership and other administrative activities. this could be anything from 3 weeks plus, dependent on how fast the solicitors, accountants, and administrators take to ensure all the paperwork is complete.

What methods of payment do you accept

Payment is taken via the site with paypal or all major credit / debit cards.
